The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum is one of the most well-known museums in New York City. It is commonly referred to as, "The Guggenheim". It was first opened to the public on October 21, 1959, and since then, thousands of people have come to admire the art in it and the unique building itself. The Guggenheim has a renowned collection of Impressionist , Post Impressionist, early Modern, and Contemporary Art, and also features special exhibits all through the year.
One of the most interesting things about The Guggenheim is its unique architecture. From the outside, it looks like a white ribbon or a cone. It appears to be wider at the top than it is at the bottom. On the inside, it is an amazing spiral all the way from the main floor up to to the top.
It was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, and on October 21, 2009, it will be the 50th anniversary of the building of the museum.

Peoms
Piano lesson
A crisp summer day,
grows tired and old.
Sitting at the piano.
Wishing to be out.
Reading the music,
fingers at the keys.
Wishing to be out.
Needing to be out.
Sitting at the piano.
My weekly lesson.

How to prepare a Megan O'Donnell
Required...Ummm...Stuff:
1. A tub of peanut-butter
2. A very exaggerated English accent.
3. Eleven teaspoons of extreme peppiness.
4. Lots of shell fish. (Specificly from Louisiana)
5. Very exaggerated body and hand motions.
6. And scissors...Very sharp scissors. (Sharp enough to easily cut flesh)
STEP ONE:
Dump the whole tub of peanut-butter into a bowl. Then put the eleven teaspoons of extreme peppiness into the same bowl. Then mix with a wooden spoon while jumping around and singing a silly song in an English accent.
*This song is very important. If you don't do it silly enough, or English enough, Megan will taste yucky!*

STEP TWO:
Poor the peppy-peanut-butter on the floor. Tell Megan to roll around in it. Tell her to have a great time.
*But remember, don't tell her that its peanut-butter.*

STEP THREE:
Once she tires herself out, and the peanut-butter starts to work its magic;
Lay her out flat on a large silver platter, with shell fish from Louisiana surrounding her.
STEP FOUR:
Enjoy the wonderful, peanut-buttery, happy, English accenty, Louisianian shell fishy, delicious, Megan.

*There was no purpose to the scissors but i put it there with the hopes of scaring a few people when they started to read it. Its okay, i would never cut you Megan.*

First Day Pictures in STAC

I love all of these photos with hand motions. They just really help to express thing easier. plus she looks very nice in this picture.
I have said it before. I love that look right in the middle of the expression. It is also great that the photographer got all up in her face to block out any distractions in the background.
I don't quite remember what she was doing in this picture. Her face is delightfully silly, but she still manages to look very nice while maintaining a silly face.
I like that look that you get when you pause them right in the middle of when they are expressing a thought or emotion.
I like this picture of my brother because he is actually smiling. He never smiles in pictures at home and whenever I see him he just makes some deranged face of me. I like to see a nice smile for a change.
Awww! Look at that face. so sweet and innocent yet there is something phabulously diabolical about it.

I like that she is in the middle of expressing a thought or an emotion. I think it's cool to let people movie and do their thing but then you freeze certain expressions
I can see that he is mearly scratching his cheek, but it is way more fun for me to think that he is slowly chewing his fingers off one by one, starting with his pinky.
I like this pic cause it looks like it really caught her off guard, and we got to see a true shot. Also, I like funny faces.
Like I said. I Enjoy funny faces. Also, whatever she was doing, you can tell she was concentrating on it cause the vains in her neck look like they are going to pop out. But its all good.
Yes...You could say that he is just scratching his eye. Or you could see the depression in his soul. He is just sitting there. crying. Longing for a purpose!!!! WHAT IS HIS PURPOSE!
Look at the expression of agony in his face! See the enormous Adam's apple in his neck! It's beautiful. It's...It's...It's ART!
